# Subscription Refund Policy

*This refund policy is effective of 11/01/2024*

1. #### <mark style="color:blue;">Eligibility for Refunds</mark>

Users are eligible for a refund when they downgrade their subscription plan from an annually billed Pro/VIP Plan to a quarterly or monthly billed Pro/VIP Plan, or when they downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan within the Pro/VIP Plan tier. The refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the annual subscription, prorated to the new subscription period selected.

2. #### <mark style="color:blue;">Non-refundable Situations</mark>

Refunds will not be issued under certain conditions. If a user cancels their subscription without downgrading to a different plan, they will not receive a refund. Additionally, cancellations made at the end of a billing period for any plan will not qualify for a refund. Any partial use of the plan within the billing cycle that does not involve a downgrade also does not qualify for a refund.

3. #### <mark style="color:blue;">Cancellation Policy</mark>

Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings on Investy.ai. Cancelling a subscription will stop the renewal of the plan at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have access to Pro Plan features until the end of the current billing period. It is important to note that no refunds will be issued for cancellations unless the user is downgrading to a lower plan as specified in the eligibility criteria.

4. #### <mark style="color:blue;">Refund Process</mark>

4.1 To initiate a refund, users must first downgrade their plan through the account settings on the platform. Once the downgrade is completed, the refund process will begin as requested by users via email, otherwise the refund will be applied as credits for upcoming payment. Refunds for eligible downgrades will be processed within 5-10 business days from the request’s approval date. The refund amount will be calculated based on the unused portion of the original subscription and will be issued to the original payment method used during the subscription. Users will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed, providing details of the refund amount and the expected timeframe for the funds to be available.

4.2 Refunds will be issued in the same currency you used for payment, or its equivalent based on the market rate on the refund date. With your prior approval, we may offer a discount for future services, an additional subscription period, or a subscription upgrade with significantly greater benefits instead of a monetary refund.

4.3 Investy.ai is not responsible for any fees that may be applied by your payment service provider when processing your refunds.&#x20;
